Get the Most Value for Your Design
Screen Printing is the most commonly used decoration style, but it's not always the best for the money. Here's when to try other decoration processes:
When there are either very low quantities, or a lot of colors and less than 48 pieces to decorate.
Try:
DTF (Direct To Film) if it's got a lot of color and not many pieces.
Embroidery is a good way to go if you want a nice touch. It's also good for low qty and higher color counts, but it is a little more pricey than DTF until you get over 12pcs. Great for above the pocket area and caps.
Transfer is the king when it comes to names and numbers. It's even better than DTF when it comes to the price of 1 color personalization.
